Tracking shipping status of your vehicles.
To get shipping status information, please enter VIN number on the main page (or just last 6 numbers of the VIN) of the vehicle or container tracking number on the right side of “New additions” field. Besides shipping status our system provides users with full description of a vehicle and detailed seller information.

Please press “Request Quote” right below “Search” field. It’s necessary to input your Name and E-mail address for us to get in contact with you. Your request goes directly to our operators and will be answered immediately. Also you can call us at: 718-837-1888 or 973-817-7100. We are always glad to be of assistance to you.
If you are interested in purchasing a car from us or from one of our partners, do not hesitate to contact us. For car purchasing please provide us with: Year, Make and Model of the vehicle you are interested in.

Clients Manual:
One of the main purposes of establishing Sotby as an interactive website is to give our clients full access to their inventory and provide them with unprecedented overall service.
As a Sotby client you already have full access to track your inventory on our site. Initially, user’s email acts as a login with temporary password “ChangeMe”(both words with capitals and without space). In case if your access does not work, please contact us at 973-817-7100 or e-mail us at webmaster@sotby.com.
Once logged in you can display your personal information using “My Settings”. If you would like to display your contact info for other users, please select “display my contact info for my vehicles” below. If any of your personal or company information is not accurate please email us at webmaster@sotby.com. Unfortunately, if you make changes without letting us know, they will be lost on the next system upload. For changes to take affect we need to make sure that they are updated on our core system.
